El desayuno es la comida más importante del día, y así lo dicen los médicos e incluso nuestros familiares con la típica frase desayuna algo más que la leche. Los alimentos que consumamos por la mañana temprano determinan cuanta energía tendremos para consumir a lo largo del día. Yogur, café, zumo de naranja o una pieza de fruta y tostadas; es como creemos que es el desayuno perfecto, pero lo que la mayoría de gente no sabe es que existen alimentos que no se recomiendan consumir en ayunas. Ascensión Marcos, presidenta de la Federación Española de Sociedades de Nutrición, Alimentación y Dietética (Fesnad), apunta que “todo alimento que contenga grasa saturada en exceso, ya sea bollería industrial o la procedente de los cárnicos procesados, así como la repostería con alta cantidad de azúcar añadida no son beneficiosos para consumir a primera hora del día”.
